A BRIEF HISTORY OF WHAT IS KNOWN AS  ADDERALL

It is a general well-known knowledge that people share different destiny, while others have the choice to go about doing their normal activities and rest at as when due, others do not, is as a result of this eople resort to finding an alternative means by which they can stay focused and concentrated while making a living.

ADDERALL is a stimulant medication that was introduced in the year 1996 by a well-known company called Richwood Pharmaceuticals that later merged with Shire Pharmaceuticals. Adderall was in that same year of 1996 approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to specially help those diagnosed with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder)  this was to improve their focus and concentration since adderall is a direct stimulant on the central nervous system. The medication has the same effect on those who do not have ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder)   and it’s important to remember that Adderall has it side effects such as nervousness, restlessness, headaches, problems sleeping, and more.

Adderall withdrawal is also a serious issues, and it is extremely important that adults and children take Adderall under the supervision of a given doctor.

THE QUESTION REMAINS, HOW IS ADDERALL  PRESCRIBED FROM CHILDREN DIAGNOSED WITH ADHD?

ADHD is usually first diagnosed in childhood, it is the most commonly diagnosed mental disorder among U.S. children aged 2 to 17 years. ADHD begins in childhood when the brain is developing. Symptoms of ADHD typically developed around age 7, during the early years of childhood.

ADHD according to experts causes diet, environmental exposures, and complications within the uterine during pregnancy. It is also medically advised that evaluation for children with  ADHD should involve tests to rule out other mental and medical disorders. Adderall should be considered a part of a total treatment program that includes psychological, educational, dietary changes and social aspects.

NOW WHAT IS ADDERALL IN SHORT?

Adderall is a combination of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine, these are two central nervous stimulants that improve focus and reduce impulsivity by increasing dopamine and norepinephrine levels in the brain. Adderall in general helps people that are diagnosed with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) by improving thier focused and concentration which serves as a direct stimulant on the nervous system.

HOW CAN A PERSON TELLS IF ADDERALL IS WORKING?

It is highly unlikely for Adderall to make every symptom of ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) go away, but you will now it’s working when some symptoms improve like the ability to stay focused on a task and complete it. Adderall may be working if a person with ADHD says they are doing better at work or school.

This summary suggests that Adderall helps drastically to reduce symptoms of ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) on about 80 percent of pediatric patients.

Also children with ADHD experience with what is called a paradoxical reaction to the medication which calms them and most often improves their ability to focus.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN PEOPLE THAT ARE NOT DIAGNOSED WITH ADHD TAKES ADDERALL?

Adderall produces an excess amount of dopamine, users may experience feelings of euphoria and increased energy levels, as well as possible dangerous physical and emotional side effects on people who do not have ADHD but are taking Adderall.

DOES TAKING ADDERALL WARRANT THE MANIFESTATION OF SIDE EFFECTS IN PEOPLE DIAGNOSED WITH ADHD?

Some among the  greatest risks as well as the  side effects that keep occurring when Adderall and any other stimulant medication is not used as it should or how it was intended to be used for  or the user takes more than the prescribed dose his or her Stimulants can raise his or her heart rate and increases it anxiety, therefore, a person with high blood pressure, seizures, heart disease, glaucoma, liver or kidney disease, or an anxiety disorder should ensure to  tell their doctors about them before taking any stimulant even if is not Adderall.

IS THERE A SPECIFIC NUMBER ON CHILDREN THAT ARE DIAGNOSED WITH ADHD AND THAT REACHED ADULTHOOD WITH ADHD?

The different symptoms of ADHD that manifest in children change over time, this happens, especially when they enter puberty stage, this is because children are learning to cope different skills, and their cognitive abilities also get better, and their ADHD is bound to washes out.

Furthermore, about 60 percent of children with ADHD are set to continue exhibiting some symptoms of ADHD into thier adolescence and adulthood. There is also about 4 percent of adults, even though few get diagnosed or are treated for it. In this case most adults diagnosed with ADHD show symptoms of inattention or distraction.

Move over, Adult with ADHD symptoms are often more mild than those of children with ADHD, for example, children with ADHD might have problems sitting still, completing tasks, or acting out and impulsive/aggressive behavior while adults are more likely to have trouble focusing and staying organized.

ADDERALL AND ADHD

Often times, people ask questions such as, “is Adderall the most prescribed medicine for ADHD?.”, well, the answer to that question is, yes. This is because countless studies have shown that Adderall can be the one of the most effective if not the most effective game-changer stimulant medication for treating people with ADHD, but then we cannot hide the fact that it can also be very dangerous and damaging, especially to those who take randomly without being prescribed for a certifiable doctor.

To resume back to answering that re-ocurring question in a more detailed and elaborate way is that Adderall is, of course, the most prescribed medicine for treating patients that are diagnosed or that are suffering from ADHD, also one of the reasons why Adderall is most prescribed for is because it is considered to be a recreational, especially among people who may or may not have ADHD, this has made Adderall to be widely if not worldly abused and such abused is now considered to devastatingly widespreading across many countries of the world, predominantly in US, this no doubt has resulted many millions of people to becoming addicted to Adderall. Therefore, we believe, that it very important that are aware of how the stimulant medication called Adderall.

ADERALL INTRODUCTION

Rexar which is a pharmaceutical company reformulated their popular weight loss drug Obetrol after it was it was compulsory taken off the market in 1973 under the Kefauver Harris Amendment to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, the withdrawal was due to the results of the Drug Efficacy Study Implementation (DESI) program that proved it lacks efficacy.

This new formulation replaced the two methamphetamine components with dextroamphetamine and amphetamine components of the same weight even though the other two original dextroamphetamine and amphetamine components were well-kept-up, preserved the Obetrol branding despite of not being approved by FDA, it made it onto the market, it was marketed and sold by Rexar for many years.

In 1994 Richwood Pharmaceuticals acquired Rexar and began sponsoring Obetrol as a treatment for ADHD (and later narcolepsy as well), now marketed under the new brand name of Adderall.

Adderall and Mydayis are trade names for a combination drug which is called mixed amphetamine salts that contains four salts of amphetamine. This mixture is composed of equal parts racemic amphetamine and dextroamphetamine that is known to produce 3:1 ratio between dextroamphetamine and levoamphetamine.

The two enantiomers of amphetamine are stimulants, however they differ sufficiently to give Adderall an effects profile different from those of racemic amphetamine or dextroamphetamine that are marketed as Evekeo and Dexedrine/Zenzedi.  Adderall can be used in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and narcolepsy

It is also used unlawfully as a sport performance enhancermental accompanimentappetite suppressant, and recreationally as a euphoriant. Aderall is a central nervous system (CNS) stimulant of the phenethylamine class which is generally well tolerated and active in the treatment of the ADHD symptoms and narcolepsy.

EFFECT OF ADERALL

Used for healing, Adderall can cause the following;

  1. Sensitive and intellectual effects such as euphoria

  2. Change in sex drive (loss of sex drive).

  3. Increased wakefulness and improved cognitive control

BENEFITS

  1. It induces physical effects such as a faster reaction time.

  2.  Fatigue resistance, and increased muscle strength.

When used excessively it can cause the under listed;

  1. Impair cognitive control.

  2. Lead to rapid muscle breakdown.

  3. Can lead to panic attack and/or induce psychosis such as paranoia, delusion and hallucination.

The negative effect of Adderall can vary extensively in individuals, but most commonly may include insomnia, loss of appetite, weight loss and dry mouth. The risk of increasing an habit or dependence is insignificant when Adderall is used as recommended at a fairly low daily doses, such as those used in the treatment of ADHD; nevertheless, the routine use of Adderall in larger daily doses has a significant risk of addiction or dependence due to the distinct underlining effects that exist at high doses.

Frivolous doses of amphetamine are generally much larger than prescribed beneficial doses, and involves a far larger risk of serious adversarial effects.

The two amphetamine enantiomers that compose Adderall (levoamphetamine and dextroamphetamine) improve the symptoms of ADHD and narcolepsy by aggregating the activity of the neurotransmitters norepinephrine and dopamine in the brain, that results in part from their interactions with human trace amine-associated receptor 1 (hTAAR1) and vesicular monoamine transporter 2 (VMAT2) in neurons

Dextroamphetamine is more potent stimulant than levoamphetamine, but levoamphetamine has slightly stronger cardiovascular and peripheral effects and a longer elimination half-life than dextroamphetamine. The levoamphetamine component of Adderall has been reported to improve the treatment response in some individuals relative to dextroamphetamine alone. Adderall’s active ingredient, amphetamine, shares many chemical and pharmacological properties with the human trace amines, particularly phenethylamine and N-methylphenethylamine, the latter of which is a positional isomer of amphetamine In 2020, Adderall was the 22nd most commonly prescribed medication in the United States, with more than 26 million prescriptions
